Legal AI comes to Toronto on October 27th

I’m excited to be presenting on “The Future of the Legal Profession: Why Education Matters in the Age of AI”—a topic that is increasingly important to the legal profession and to the future of legal practice.

At Molu Law, we understand the importance of staying informed, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. Artificial intelligence is changing the way lawyers research, analyze information, and deliver legal services. While these tools offer exciting opportunities to improve efficiency and access to justice, they also raise important questions about professional responsibility, critical thinking, confidentiality, and the role of human judgment in legal practice.

I believe education is essential to navigating this evolving landscape. Lawyers must not only understand how AI works, but also learn how to use it responsibly, recognize its limitations, and ensure that technology enhances rather than replaces the skills and judgment that define our profession.

I look forward to exploring how legal education can help prepare current and future lawyers for this new era. The future of law will undoubtedly be shaped by technology, but it will also depend on our willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold the principles at the heart of the profession.

The future of the legal profession is not just about adopting new technology—it’s about educating ourselves to use it wisely.
